I have had a hemorrhoid for the past 5 years that won't go away. I believe I got it from lifting weights and about once a month it swells. Now it never truly goes away as there is a skin tag that lives there permanently. This has caused me much embarrassment as I don't want the few partners I have had over the years to see it.
The most recent problem is I have issues keeping things clean down there. I use only baby wipes and wipe about 20+ times and stuff still comes out as it gets stuck. This has led to skid marks which is even more embarrassing. Mind you I compete in figure competitions and do fitness modeling, thus I am a girly-girl and this is not acceptable.
Last but not least when I asked my gyno about it she advised not to do anything about it minus using Prep-H as the surgery is painful and they will most likely come back from lifting and/or pregnancy down the road. I let her know it was embarrassing for me with my partner in which she replied, "just tell them you don't like that."
Any suggestions on what I can do?
Thank you for the advice but due to my lifestyle I eat more fiber than any normal human and I do not have to "push" to have a movement. This came from lifting years ago and pops back out once a month.
