Hi,
i am 22 years old, f, and would like to start preparing for a figure competition.
I am a Personal Trainer, however, I am specialized in weightloss and honestly do not have any clue on how to eat for this kind of competition.
I have anywhere between 4-6 months to prepare for the show, started working out with a trainer 4 times a week, keep my cardio as of rt now at 45-60 min/ day, 5 times a week.
He has me do a lot of circuit training and he is an awesome trainer, but he doesn't know the food part as well.
So, here is my question:
What and how do I need to eat in order to look really lean for a figure competition?
If possible, can anyone give me a mealplan?How I have to alternate high and low carb days?Is it basically clean eating or what is it?
I am 5'7, 135lbs, 23.5% BF- trying to get down to 125lbs, 19% BF....
