I eat 6 meals a day 3 hrs apart. Example:
meal 1: 1/2 cup outmeal, 1/4 cup blueberries, 3 egg whites
meal 2: 1/2 cup grapes, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
meal 3: 4 oz chicken, 1/4 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup brown rice
meal 4: 1 cup salad mix, 3.5 oz salmon, vinegarrette
meal 5: (after workout) protein drink
meal 6: omelet with red peppers, onions, salmon
workout: 45 min cardio in am
M: back, obliques
T: quads, biceps, ab wheel
W: chest, sit up with ball transfer
TH: hamstring, tricep, leg raise for abs
F: shoulders, need another ab workout
Sat: cardio 2x a day
I need someone to critique this for me and help me out.....willing to try anything and work really hard
